Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed by our costume wizards in Sandy Point, Australia within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery times are as follows:
– Standard Spooky Shipping (DHL or FedEx): 10-15 days after shipping ($12.95).
– Free Phantom Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after shipping (free on orders over $50).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally to bring Halloween magic to doorsteps everywhere. However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Our apologies to any witches and warlocks in these locations!
