Once you’ve placed your order, our team of witches and warlocks gets to work, preparing your magical items for dispatch.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order. We perform a special quality incantation on every item before it leaves our lair.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two magical shipping methods to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95): We send your package via trusted magical carriers (DHL or FedEx). Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: For orders over A$50, we conjure your items via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for patient witches and warlocks!
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance processes. We deliver globally, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia where our magical network is still expanding.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be utterly thrilled with your magical disguise. However, we understand that sometimes a spell might not work exactly as planned. If your item isn’t quite the right fit or has a magical mishap, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right.
Our Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. They must be in a resalable condition.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
⚠️ Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For the protection and hygiene of all our magical community, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- All Wigs: Once the internal cap has been fitted or removed from its original packaging.
- Infant / Toddler Items: Costume items that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., bodysuits, tights).
All sales for these particular items are final. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our realm safe and hygienic for all!
The Enchanting Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items:
- Contact Our Coven: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
- Await Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and the address to which you should send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our goblins will inspect it (usually within 3-5 business days). If everything is in order, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timing & Method
Once your return is approved, the magical refund process begins:
- Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement will vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the full cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The process is the same as a return! Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will ship out the requested exchange item to you. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new shipment.
