We specialise in high-quality, spellbinding costumes and accessories for Child, Infant/Toddler, Men, Women, and Wigs. Our products are designed to transform you for your mystical celebrations. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided with the intent to be accurate, but minor variations may occur. If a product does not meet your expectations, please refer to our Returns Policy.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email.

• Free Shipping: For orders over A$50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural phenomena, or other forces beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your purchase. Our full Returns & Exchanges policy is detailed on our homepage, but key points are:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all wigs (once the internal cap has been fitted) or Infant/Toddler items that contact the skin (e.g., bodysuits). All sales on these are final.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for a Returns Authorisation Number before sending anything back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
